Belgian football academies are some of the best in the entire world and it is no wonder that Belgian players are some of the best and the most important players in the team in which they are currently playing. Belgian players have always been considered as some of the best in the world, but the current generation of players is like no other as they are already being considered as the best players in the world. Currently, Belgian players are playing in all biggest national competitions in the entire Europe. England

Currently, three players from Belgian national team are playing in Germany. Those players are Koen Casteels and Divock Origi and they are currently teammates as they play for the same team, Wolfsburg. Besides them, Thorgan Hazard, the brother of Eden Hazard is also playing in Germany but he is currently the member of Borussia Monchengladbach.
France & Italy
As we have mentioned, Belgian national team is currently one of the best in the world and it is no wonder that their players are playing in some of the best teams in the world. Some of those players have decided to remain loyal to their teams despite having offers from some of the biggest teams in the world. One such player is Driers Mertens who currently plays for Napoli in Italy where he is one of the most important players for a couple of seasons now. Besides that, Youri Tielemans is one of the best young players in the world and everybody still remember his performance against Manchester United in the UEFA Europa League. Belgian players are not only playing in Europe as their performances have attracted interests from teams from other continents as well. Alex Witsel, for example, was one of the best midfield players in Europe back in the days when he was playing for Benfica and Zenit Saint Petersburg. However, at the start of 2017, Witsel joined Tianjin Quanjian from China which was not a that big surprise as China's football scene has been developing very quickly. Besides Witsel, another member of the Belgian national football team is not playing in Europe but rather in Canada. That player is Laurent Ciman who has been playing for Montreal Impact in the MLS. All these players and the teams in which they are currently playing, prove that Belgian football players are very important for all teams and that every team would like to have one of those players playing for their team.
